Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications Starting wage: $20.00/hr (pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructor incentives may be earned) Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Part time, hours available. Full‑time instructors may not have guaranteed 40‑hour weeks; scheduled hours will vary. Minimum age: 16 years and over Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, focusing on children Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the ski school: scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires future skiers Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Comfortable and competent on groomed blue terrain Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children aged 3 and older Fluent in English communication Willing to work weekends, holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Comfortable wearing ski boots for extended periods Placement contingent upon successful training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards Alternative Roles for Non‑Certified Instructors Lift experience Mountain activities Food and beverage support Base area operations Retail rental operations Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 18 Submission of a parental consent form and required state documents such as a work permit, physician’s note, and proof of birthdate.
