We're hiring dedicated, dependable Home Health Aides and Caregivers for permanent and ongoing positions. This role is ideal for caregivers who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to take on consistent daily shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours. Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.We're looking for caregivers who bring both flexibility and true commitment - individuals who take pride in delivering high‑quality, continuous care and who thrive when building long‑term relationships with the clients they serve. (Over 95% of BrightStar locations are Joint Commission-accredited or in process.)Job ResponsibilitiesProvide client-facing care as assignedProvide assistance with daily tasks as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shoppingProvide companionship, personal and hygiene care as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements, if necessaryAdhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employmentAdhere to HIPAA laws and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical informationJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, etc., is preferredPreferred: Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide programCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMust have a valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof of insurance is required)Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
