We are seeking an energetic and motivated Signature Gatherer to join our dynamic outreach team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with community members primarily on the Internet to collect signatures for an important initiative. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive community engagement, fundraising and help amplify our organization’s mission. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact through computer canvassing and community interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members in a friendly, professional manner to explain the purpose of signature collection efforts
- Utilize mobile devices to record signatures accurately and efficiently during canvassing activities
- Promote community involvement through conversational engagement via social media
- Collaborate with a team member to meet daily signature collection goals and coordinate outreach strategies
- Represent the organization positively at all times, fostering trust and rapport within the community
