Senior Director of Manufacturing

Reference: PR/601693_1788294149Position SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Manufacturing to lead and optimize operational performance across a dynamic organization. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, improving business processes, and ensuring the successful execution of organizational objectives.The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a strong track record of driving continuous improvement, developing talent, and executing business strategies in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction for operational functions across multiple manufacturing sites, departments, or business units.Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and long-term growth initiatives.Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational objectives are achieved.Lead, mentor, and develop management teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement.Oversee resource planning, workforce optimization, and operational budgeting.Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, Engineering, and other key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and company standards.Support business growth initiatives, capital projects, and organizational transformation efforts as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.Progressive leadership experience within operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or related environments.Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving operational improvements across complex organizations.Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and build high-performing teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or other operational excellence methodologies is a plus.
