Business Analyst 4
The Business Analyst 4 role is crucial for supporting our Marketing Services Center. This team is responsible for executing marketing tactics and services on a global scale, including managing large-scale event execution, email marketing campaigns, website management, lead uploads, and content operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of experience in business operations, business management, program management, or strategy operations roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Own and maintain the master Rhythm of Business (RoB) calendar, forum inventory, and Standard Meeting Charters.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, action items, and reviews.
- Prepare Quarterly Budget Review with Budget Owner.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, quarterly business reviews, transformation initiatives, status reporting, and other operational priorities.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Advanced Client 365 skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint.
- Prior work experience at or in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
