This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations during the offshift, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that any necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with the onshift team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities during the offshift
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and address any maintenance issues promptly
• Work with the onshift team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules

Qualifications:

• Experience in a maintenance or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
