Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Key Responsibilities Maintain high-quality prepared food products and ensure they are ready for members. Count, wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness. Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products. Serve ready‑to‑eat food and manage the sales floor in accordance with company policies. Assist members with bakery orders and general member service. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and assist other associates. Use digital tools to make production and quality decisions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethics, and the open door policy. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience with fresh food preparation and following recipes. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to member satisfaction. Proficiency with handheld technology and digital tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Food Service or Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
