Front of House (FOH) Position Overview

At F's Hawaiian Food, our Front of House team is responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy, and hospitality-driven experience for every guest who walks through our doors. FOH team members are the face of the brand and play a major role in delivering aloha through friendly service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for team members who are positive, dependable, fast-paced, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, communicates well with others, and takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and inviting.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, beverage station, and front counter
• Deliver food and ensure guests have everything they need
• Handle guest concerns professionally and positively
• Support teammates and maintain strong communication with kitchen staff
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Uphold brand standards, hospitality standards, and food safety procedures
