Database Administrator (DBA) L3Location: USA, RemoteBasic Qualifications:Strong experience with CA Top Secret administration and security supportIBM mainframe (z/OS) experienceNatural / COBOL application support experienceMainframe security administration backgroundExperience working in a ticket-driven support modelFamiliarity with access provisioning / IAM conceptsJCL experienceCA7 / batch scheduling experienceRequired Skills:CA Top Secret, IBM mainframe (z/OS), Natural/COBOL, JCL, CA7Preferred Qualifications:Experience with RACF / ACF2Knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint/NetIQ or similar)Audit / compliance experienceSFDC experienceRole and Responsibilities:Provide CA Top Secret administration and security supportProcess and manage access requests (adds/changes/removals)Troubleshoot access and authentication issuesSupport Natural / COBOL applications (incident resolution, maintenance, minor enhancements)Work ticket queues (incidents, requests, service tasks)Support general mainframe operations (batch support, production issues)Assist with audit requests and access reviewsEnsure application access aligns with Top Secret controlsSupport enterprise mainframe key rotation activities (performed twice annually)Manage mainframe certificate renewalsProvide started task account supportHandle batch processing and job scheduling (CA7)Job description:We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) L3 to support CA Top Secret (mainframe security) along with Natural/COBOL application support in a staff augmentation model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe security administration, experience with IBM mainframe (z/OS), and a familiarity with access provisioning and IAM concepts. This role involves troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining mainframe operations, including batch support and production issues.
