Revere Staffing Partners is hiring on behalf of our client for multiple 3rd Shift Manufacturing openings in Worcester, MA. These are full-time opportunities with immediate openings and the potential to start quickly.

Open Positions & Pay Rates

Assembly Roles across multiple departments – $15.50-$17.75 per hour

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday
11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Mandatory overtime on Fridays based on production needs

Responsibilities

Assemble or cut foam and wood products according to production specifications
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Follow work instructions and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Must be able to understand and communicate in English
Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will participate in an onsite interview with the department supervisor.
Candidates will be asked to demonstrate tape measure skills during the interview.
Successful candidates may receive a start date immediately following the interview.

Associates may begin work while the background check is pending. Continued employment is subject to the client's review of the completed background check.
