About the Role:

As a Buca Brea Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of seating in the restaurant. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about the menu and specials. Additionally, you will collaborate with the waitstaff and management to optimize table turnover and enhance customer satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for Buca Brea.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
