Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Training and coaching team members
- Running a daily shift
- Forecasting crew schedule
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise product production
- Act with integrity and honesty
- Promote the culture of Popeyes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact positively with Guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
