- Join an established team of physicians and APPs
- Call structure: 1:2
- Practice setting: Inpatient/outpatient/mix
- Access to a tenured staff and strong local referrals
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Deliver expert medical services to patients in assigned areas.
- Evaluate and treat patients with high-level diagnostic precision.
- Manage patient discharge and care transitions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fellowship training Hematology/Oncology
- 150 bed hospital
- Level 3 trauma center
- Serving a population of approximately 130,000 residents
- Integrated referral network

- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
