Pay Rate: $58.80 - $68.60 Per Hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, create personalized rehabilitation plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred.
