Salary Range: $400,000.00 To $600,000.00 Annually

Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice, and we are growing our Arizona presence.

We’re seeking OB/GYN physicians to join our Goodyear/Estrella team and help meet the increasing demand for high-quality women’s healthcare across the Valley.

Our multidisciplinary team includes:

• Certified Nurse Midwives
• Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons (MIGS)
• OB/GYN Hospitalists
• Gynecologic Oncology
• Research and clinical support teams

What We Offer

• Compensation: Base + Bonuses $400,000 – $600,000 annually
• Sign-on / Retention Bonus: $75,000 – $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000 – $25,000
• Flexible call structures (4-, 5-, or 6-provider team models)
