Key Responsibilities Oversee the training and education of RN Care Managers, ensuring they are proficient in advanced clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, wound care, wound VACs, IV infusions, and more. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with high acuity needs to develop individualized care plans. Provide competency evaluations for RNs delivering care to high-acuity clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Lead the implementation of clinical protocols and procedures to maintain the highest quality of care. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for the nursing team, promoting continuous professional development. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of training activities, client assessments, and competency evaluations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing home care services. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on high-tech skills such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, wound care, wound VACs, and IV infusions. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a home care or similar healthcare setting. Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Strong teaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing nursing talent. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software systems. Why Join Us?
