Operator 1, Machine

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking an Operator 1, Machine to join their team. As an Operator 1, Machine, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator 1, Machine

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (overtime as needed)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment to perform routine production functions
• Assemble, pack, label, and inspect products following established procedures
• Maintain accurate production documentation in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
• Perform in-process checks and visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Support team goals by rotating tasks and assisting coworkers as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior manufacturing or production experience in a machine-paced environment
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions in English
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate tasks as required
