\n \nResponsibilities:
\nDesign and facilitate inclusive strategic planning and goal-setting processes.
\nConduct environmental scans, stakeholder engagement, and organizational assessments.
\nAnalyze trends, needs, risks, capabilities, and strategic options.
\nDevelop mission, vision, priorities, objectives, initiatives, and performance measures.
\nAlign leadership and employee perspectives around achievable outcomes.
\nCreate implementation roadmaps with owners, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
\nDevelop governance and progress-reporting approaches.
\nFacilitate periodic reviews and recommend strategy adjustments.
\n \nRequired Qualifications
\nBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Planning, Economics, or a related field.
\n8+ years of strategic planning, public-sector consulting, facilitation, or organizational strategy experience.
\nDemonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder planning engagements.
\nStrong research, analysis, facilitation, and executive writing skills.
\nAbility to connect strategy to measurable implementation and accountability.
\n \nPreferred Qualifications
\nMaster's degree or certification in planning, facilitation, project management, or change management.
\nLocal government, workforce development, or economic development experience.
\nExperience incorporating inclusive perspectives into policy and planning.
