HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL PRODUCTION LABOR IN LIBERTYVILLE, IL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Production Labor to join our team in Libertyville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting a fast-paced metal fabrication environment by doing general production labor duties. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of basic measuring tools, commitment to producing quality products, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM Located in Libertyville, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Work safely in a metal fabrication / manufacturing environment. Move parts between workstations or departments Knock metal parts out of large metal sheets using rubber mallets Inspect parts to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Feed metal parts into deburring machines to smooth edges and surfaces Stack metal products on/off the conveyor belts as the products are processed Cross train in multiple tasks with departments as production needs change Lift parts onto tables and carts Other duties as requested Requirements and Qualifications Understanding of basic measuring tools is helpful Mechanically inclined, understanding manufacturing environments. Eager to bring positive energy and skill sets into the workplace Must be a detail oriented person willing and able to contribute to a team effort. Begin and finish each day with a zero-defect mentality Commitment to producing quality products Bilingual (English / Spanish is helpful) Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk. Ability to stand for the duration of a work shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
