Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT
We’re an independently owned insurance agency Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on motivated team member.
What We Offer:
- Base Pay 17-19hr + customer service bonuses (strong earning potential 50-60k)
- PTO (Paid Time Off)
- Paid Holidays
- Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-5
- No weekends
- Opportunity to move up in my agency
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer phone calls
- Send out late pays
- Follow up with customers to ensure quality customer service
- Deliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationships
- Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support as needed
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean background record
- Must have a Property & Casualty license
- Must have previous experience
- Must be willing to get Life & Health License if hired
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $60,000 depending on performance.
Annual bonus DOP
