Role Overview Provides nursing care within a multi-specialty clinic, supporting high-quality, patient-centered services. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care aligned with professional standards and Texas Nurse Practice Act. Recognize when additional assistance is needed and seek appropriate resources. Balance dependent and interdependent decision-making in practice. Expand knowledge and skills within the specialty area. Follow American Nurses Association standards for professional practice. Support clinic and health system initiatives, emphasizing patient satisfaction and quality care. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher; Texas RN license. Minimum of 2 years' RN experience in PACU, Pre-Op, or Endoscopy. Basic computer skills; BLS certification. Preferred: BSN and experience in Pre-Op, ER, Infusion Therapy, or ambulatory settings. Additional Information Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, and retirement plans.
