Personal Injury Paralegal

If you know plaintiff-side PI and can run with a caseload, we want to talk to you. We're recruiting for an established Los Angeles personal injury firm looking for an experienced PI Paralegal who can step in and make an impact immediately. This is not an entry-level role and it's not a position where you'll spend your day waiting for someone to tell you what's next. The right person knows how PI cases move, stays ahead of deadlines, and keeps attorneys and cases moving. Responsibilities Manage a busy caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters. Draft pleadings, discovery, demands, correspondence, and litigation documents. Handle written discovery and track critical deadlines. Coordinate depositions, mediations, IMEs, hearings, experts, and medical records. Communicate confidently with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and carriers. Prepare cases for litigation, mediation, settlement, and trial. Keep cases moving — without needing to be micromanaged. Qualifications 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred Hands-on discovery and case-management experience Excellent organization and deadline management Strong communication and writing skills Someone who is proactive, sharp, accountable, and knows how to get things done. #J-18808-Ljbffr SECCA Search Group
