Compensation:

Local Rate: $51.00/hour

Travel Weekly Gross: Up to $2,119

Rates and openings are subject to change based on market demand and will be confirmed by the recruiter at time of offer.

Responsibilities

Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols and quality standards

Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results for patient diagnosis and treatment

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support patient care

Float within the market based on assignment needs

Report to on-site leadership and TRA Clinical Market Manager

Qualifications

Education:

Associate degree or equivalent experience required

Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in an accredited lab

At least 1 year of blood bank experience required

Certifications:

Certification through ASCP, AMT

State licensure required (as applicable)

Pay Range The wage for this local contract assignment is currently $51.00 an hour for local contracts and approximately $2115 gross weekly for travel contracts. These are contracted rate positions where the wage is determined at the time of posting and can occasionally experience market fluctuations causing the actual wage to vary slightly.
