Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Manager

Job Description Job Description About the Role We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Manager to grow and manage our recurring service agreement portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on building long-term client relationships, increasing contract revenue, and ensuring top-tier service delivery . If you have HVAC knowledge and a background in maintenance sales, account management, or service operations , this is a strong opportunity to step into a revenue-driving leadership position. What You'll Do * Sell and manage commercial HVAC maintenance agreements (PM contracts) * Perform site walkthroughs and system evaluations * Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners * Renew and expand existing service contracts * Partner with service/dispatch teams to ensure excellent execution * Identify upsell opportunities (repairs, upgrades, replacements) * Track performance metrics: revenue growth, retention, margins * Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract documentation What We're Looking For * 5+ years in HVAC service, maintenance sales, or commercial account management * Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, split systems, etc.) * Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven * CRM or field service software experience * Valid driver's license Compensation * Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 * Bonus incentives for contract growth and retention Benefits * Monthly vehicle allowance * Company Gas Card * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) * Employee Owned * Paid time off + holidays * Ongoing training and career advancement
