You will achieve this by developing content-specific strategies and curating and optimizing merchandise within content, including show builds and VOD assets. Additionally, the Strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as Producers, Buyers, Programming, and Marketing.The role focuses on creating compelling assortments aligned with inventory levels, pricing, and promotional opportunities, using data insights and current planning systems to track performance metrics and refine strategies. The Strategist plays a key role in shaping content to drive revenue and engagement. Ownership and strategic decision making are key enablers to a successful workproduct.Where You'll WorkThis role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ.
