Position Summary As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Connected Crew Health, LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health care to individuals across North Carolina. Key Responsibilities As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Prescribing and managing medications as appropriate. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic care. Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina. A minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
