Cargill is seeking a Sanitation Lead for our Food & Beverage Operations, Sanitation Management department. This role oversees plant sanitation programs to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit-readiness. You will lead and train sanitation crews, schedule and verify cleaning, maintain SSOPs, conduct inspections, and coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. The Sanitation Lead drives continuous improvement in hygiene, chemical usage, and allergen control while modeling Cargill’s culture of integrity, safety, inclusion, and innovation to support sustainable, high-quality food production.
