Responsibilities of a Home Care Aide include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, cleaning catheters, medication reminders, grooming, and dressing. Provide joyful companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.

• Monitor and report clients’ daily activities and changes in clients' health or behavior.

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications of a Home Care Aide:

• 2+ years of professional experience, providing assistance with personal care, companionship, and activities of daily living.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Immaculate attention to detail and can deliver to high expectations.

Requirements:

• Immediate Shifts Available! Please ONLY apply if you are current on the California Home Care Aide Registry and have a TB test within the past 90 days!

• Ability to perform essential job duties, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, and assisting clients with mobility.

• Able to speak, read, and write English and communicate effectively with the office team members (bilingual abilities are a plus).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid driver's license.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
