Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 5/2 split schedule - 5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off, then repeats
• Every other weekend required
• 80 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Must have extensive OR experience including O-ARM procedures
• Work with GE/Siemens X-ray equipment
• Float within scope to ED, IP, OP, OR, and portables as needed
• Large volume Level I trauma center experience with significant OR and fluoro work
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Hospital experience required, prefer large volume hospital background
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT
• Tennessee license or compact license required at time of submittal
• Must have Cerner charting experience
• No on-call requirements
• RTO requests must be submitted ahead of time, no holiday weeks allowed
• 2 references required
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (2-4 hours average)

Facility:

This major medical center operates as a large Level I trauma center providing comprehensive healthcare services to the region. The facility features advanced imaging technology including GE and Siemens X-ray equipment and maintains a high-volume patient load with extensive OR and fluoroscopy procedures. The organization utilizes Cerner charting systems and provides ongoing education through annual module requirements to ensure quality patient care.
