Dental Assistant Opportunity We're a specialty prosthodontic practice that believes exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. We're currently looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to make a meaningful impact every day. Compensation $30$32 per hour, based on experience Schedule Part-time TuesdayThursday 8:00 AM4:00 PM Benefits Traditional and Roth 401(k) options Referral Bonus Program Complimentary continuing education courses through affiliated vendors What You'll Do Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical procedures Deliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatment Support daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team culture What We're Looking For Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certification At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience Surgical assisting experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and an excellent chairside manner Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment If you're looking for an opportunity to join a practice that values both patient care and team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
