Transactional Tax Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group in Tampa, FL. Remote arrangements will be considered for this role. Duties Advise on tax aspects of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and restructurings. Provide guidance on financings, private equity transactions, and equity investments. Collaborate regularly with deal teams and assume direct client responsibility. Requirements Substantial experience in U.S. federal income tax, including partnership and corporate tax planning. Mid to senior level attorney with a practical, business-oriented approach. Experience at a large law firm or accounting firm preferred. Education LL.M. in Taxation preferred. Certifications CPA designation preferred.
