Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager in the Global Semiconductor finance organization, you will be responsible for global finance support, coordinating across global business leaders and global finance teams. You will manage and oversee forecasting and analysis, consolidating forecasts across the semiconductor business, financial reporting, and other requests as needed. What You'll Be Doing: Partner strategically with executive management. Present to management regarding special projects and leadership activities, relying on analytical conclusions. Lead special projects related to new processes, issues or changes in structure. As allowed by applicable law, perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements. What We Are Looking For: Guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures. Serve as an expert within own discipline. Serve as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects. Train and mentor junior staff. As allowed by applicable law, perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements. Typically require a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days; Monday, Friday work from home.
