Project Manager - Superyacht

Act as the main liaison between customers, technicians, and management throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate customer needs and develop accurate project scopes, estimates, and schedules. Create detailed work orders and provide clear instructions to service technicians. Coordinate labor, materials, and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and on time. Communicate project updates and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner. Prepare and process invoices for completed work. Collect customer payments promptly and ensure accounts are settled before vessel departure. Support company objectives by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines and customer commitments. Safety Responsibilities Follow all company safety and environmental policies and procedures. Complete required safety training and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Immediately report accidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of project coordination, service management, or related experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications are preferred. Marine industry experience and basic boat handling skills are a plus. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
