Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible to sell and service our existing customers, help uncover needs and provide a customized solution. You will also contact prospective customers and develop insurance quotes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide quotes for customers in auto/home/renters/life and health.
Assist customers with policy changes, update policies as needed and cross-sell.
Follow up on quotes provided
Must be goal-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Must have a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance license or be willing to obtain

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Dearborn.
Our office is open 9:00 - 5:00 .
