What You'll Do

Inspire Learning: Design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

What We're Looking For A nurturing educator with a passion for early childhood education Strong classroom management and communication skills High school diploma required; CDA or degree in ECE preferred 1–2 years of classroom experience a plus Must be able to lift 50 pounds At The Goddard School of Simsbury, you'll find more than a job—you'll discover a place where your talents shine, your ideas matter, and your impact lasts a lifetime.
