Secureone's Management Team realizes that one of the differences in our security officer / security guard personnel and that of our competitors is our commitment to taking care of the Officer and Training. Secureone's Training Centers are constantly updating programs to keep up with today's security needs. The training programs include Guard Card, General Subjects, Reporting Technology, as well as Specialized Subjects that relate to a particular Industry or type of Facility. Secureone recognizes the importance of establishing and maintaining programs that reward and encourage exemplary performance . Secureone Managers and Support Personnel possess strong leadership qualities ; have sound and ethical business and professional backgrounds; and have demonstrated a dedication and commitment to professionalism . You must at a minimum meet the following qualifications:- Must be at least age 21.
- Must be able to pass an in-depth criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Ability to apply for, use, train and carry a firearm Armed Security Officer / Armed Security Guard
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- You must have a Valid Driver's License or state ID.
- You must have a valid phone number.
- Applicants jobs must have good availability.
- You must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit.
- You must be able to physically stand, walk or enter/exit vehicle the majority of your shift.
- You must display/possess the following personal traits to be considered for employment with Secureone :
- Honesty, responsibility, courtesy, tact, dependability, integrity, cooperation, trustworthiness.
Possess sound judgment, a positive attitude, flexibility, personal pride, a neat and presentable appearance, maturity and a positive view regarding contract Security guard duties.
