Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Floor Installer to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces and applying epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in residential and commercial settings. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary training!
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Grind, clean, and prep concrete surfaces for coating application.
- Coating Application: Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Precision & Detail: Ensure professional-quality finishes with attention to detail.
- Equipment & Chemical Handling: Operate industrial floor grinders, vacuums, epoxy and other necessary tools and materials.
- Safety Compliance: Follow proper safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working in customer homes and businesses.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in flooring, painting, construction, or a related trade is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable using power tools and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
