Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and demonstrating clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient needs and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Document patient care and progress in medical records accurately and promptly.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Schedule

This position operates on a rotating schedule to ensure comprehensive patient coverage and care.
