Assistant Property Manager – Phoenix, AZ (200+ Unit Community)
Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager in Phoenix! You’ll support the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for all residents and prospects. Key duties include showing apartments, processing applications, explaining leases, assisting with move-ins/move-outs, collecting rent, maintaining records, and coordinating maintenance and vendors. You’ll also support marketing efforts and help enforce community policies and fair housing compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior property management experience; Yardi Voyager preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, acceptable driving record
- High School diploma or GED
