Crop Consultant

Nutrien Ag Solutions is the retail division of Nutrien, providing full-acre solutions through our network of trusted crop consultants across North and South America and Australia. What You'll Do: Sell company products and services. Maintain sales programs within assigned territory/accounts. Meet annual sales goals. Monitor competitive activity and trends. Have knowledge of product features, benefits, and use. Provide training to employees as needed. Initiate trials to support marketing efforts. Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis. Research and respond to technical inquiries. Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations. Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research. Maintain and build customer contacts. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program. Familiarity with standard agricultural concepts, practices, and procedures, including the application of agricultural chemicals. CCA certification a plus, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials. Valid driver’s license. Pest control advisor license – Required in the State of California. The estimated salary range for this role in Woodland, CA is $60,000 – $125,000. Actual salary may vary based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for our annual incentive plan, consistent with our program terms.
