The Role

This is a recruiting position at C3 Workforce — a light industrial and manufacturing staffing firm with deep roots in Metro Detroit. You'll be sourcing and placing candidates in light industrial or skilled trades roles, keeping people working, and keeping your pipeline full.

What You'll Actually Do

• Source, screen, and place candidates in manufacturing, warehouse, and skilled trades roles
• Communicate with candidates before and after standard business hours — this job doesn't run 9 to 5
• Carry a company cell phone and stay responsive when it matters
• Work alongside AI tools to source faster, screen smarter, and stay organized
• Keep your activity documented and your orders moving

What We're Looking For

• Someone who can talk to anyone — and actually listen
• High urgency, low drama
• Comfortable on a phone and on a computer
• Organized enough to juggle multiple open orders without dropping one
• Gritty. Staffing is not glamorous. Neither is a Saturday night rush.
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus — but personality and hustle beat a polished resume every time
