Controller - Project Manager

Are you a detail-oriented, strategic finance professional who also enjoys leading cross-functional projects from concept to completion? We are seeking a Controller/Project Manager to oversee the firm’s financial management and coordinate key projects that support the overall vision and mission of Jarvis Law Office, PC. This role blends hands-on accounting, reporting, and controls with project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, making it ideal for a proactive leader who can balance big-picture thinking with daily operational responsibilities.The Controller / Project Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgeting and forecasting, supporting audits and compliance, and driving process improvements across finance and project operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentThis position can work out of any of our three office locations (Dublin, Lancaster, & St. Clairsville) and be hybrid.
