In Statesville, NC, we’re looking for someone who sees what others miss. Do you instinctively reach for calipers, navigate GD&T with ease, and translate a blueprint into action? If so, this role is for you.

• Perform scheduled inspections and tests to verify products meet established quality standards.
• Document inspection data, maintain quality metrics, and ensure records are audit-ready.
• Identify and escalate defects and nonconformities with clarity and urgency.
• Collaborate with production to implement corrective actions and drive process improvement.
• Help develop and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Contribute to internal audits and support external audit requirements.
• Keep your knowledge sharp on industry standards and QA best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical quality training/certification is a plus).
• Hands-on experience as a quality technician or equivalent role in manufacturing.
• Fluency with quality control tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Clear, concise communicator—written and verbal.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
