Client Advisor - The Domain

Summary The Client Advisor is an in-store sales professional responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and embodying the brand in every interaction. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, driving repeat business through clienteling and personalized appointments, and achieving store commercial targets. Responsibilities Deliver memorable, high-touch client experiences and act as a brand ambassador during each selling interaction. Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets. Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems and convert prospects through appointments and discovery. Drive sales across key product pillars and identify opportunities to grow business through elevated client experiences. Leverage client feedback and optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to enhance the client journey. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or other client-facing roles such as hospitality. Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets. Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized service. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
