Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional

Leading the overall solution from an Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective, the remote Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional (Core HR) role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in HCM and a minimum of 7 years in end-to-end Fusion HCM support and enhancement projects. Key responsibilities Manage complex projects by providing functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Global Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll Lead design sessions with clients and coordinate end-to-end testing cycles to ensure successful implementation of business solutions Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, HCM extracts, and data conversion while troubleshooting user issues effectively Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in HCM, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion HCM Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly in Core HR and related functionalities Experience in leading client-facing sessions and delivering complex business solutions Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is preferred Background in healthcare and understanding of Health Systems and Clinical Operations is a plus
