We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC. Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping both youth and adults build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth. This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize your passions and creativity. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A); Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A) Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
