Kitchen Team Members
Have fun and work hard! As a member of Harriet's Hamburgers team, you'll be a highly valued and integral part of our team from the start. You'll have the chance to train at every station at Harriet's while gradually increasing your responsibilities and pay. We strongly believe in learning and development and offer opportunities to grow your career at your own pace. You can work up to become a #BeGoodCrew Trainer, Cross Trainer, Shift Manager, and beyond. In addition to your hourly base pay, you'll also earn tips by showcasing your excellent hospitality skills!
Join Harriet's Hamburgers as a BOH Team Member! Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately, support the kitchen team, and ensure that each guest leaves satisfied with a smile. No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the necessary training. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to join our team and gain valuable life experience while serving great food in a friendly environment.

Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
- A genuine commitment to excellence and success
