Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Navigate, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to obtain a detailed history of patients' trauma experiences, guiding tailored treatment interventions.

• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery while promoting resilience and coping strategies.
\n
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Providing crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering support and resources to clients in immediate need.
\n
• Collaborating with a network of psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential documentation in alignment with legal regulations and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participating actively in case consultations and regular professional development sessions, focusing on trauma-informed care and best practices.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:
