Business Transactions Associate - Minneapolis (5-7 years)

Lathrop GPM is actively seeking a qualified associate attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as experience in corporate governance and general business law, to join our Business Transactions practice group in Minneapolis .

The current anticipated salary range is $200,000+. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
