Service Technician – Automotive

We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs. To be a success at our dealership, you need to have solid skills and solid ethics. • $4,000 bonus

  ($500.00 at start up, $500.00 after 90 days, $1500.00 after 6 months and $1500.00 after first year

  and maintaining above 80% monthly average efficiency)

   

  Climate-controlled shop

  Experience working at a dealership and dealership certifications preferred but not required.

  Excellent customer service skills required.

  Must pass Background and Drug Screen test.

  Valid Driver’s License required.

  Automotive repair experience: 3 years (Required)

  ASE Certifications (Preferred but not required)

  Manufacture Certifications (Preferred but not required)

  Work schedule Mon thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00 pm and every third Saturday

  Paid on manufacturer training

   

  Responsibilities:

   

  Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards

  Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates on repairs and recommendations

  Maintain a clean and safe work environment (a must)

  Provide exceptional customer service through quality workmanship and efficiency

  Properly record repair procedures, clock stamps, diagnose clock stamps and all prudent information

  required to substantiate manufacture repairs.       

  Complete and stay current on all required manufacture training requirements

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
